A winter, time-tested, American variety, they are delicious and sweet apples of regular shape and medium size (90-140 gr). The fruits are thin and soft with lemon- yellow like skin, have red stripes, and a noticeable gray waxy bloom. The pulp is sweet, with a subtle tart and a rich, pleasant aroma. Apples reach technical maturity in September, but after picking they ripen and can be stored in cool, dark rooms until April.
