Yellow Onion

Yellow onions rank first in the structure of exports of Polish vegetables. The bulbs are covered with golden scales, the flesh of the onion is creamy or almost white. Depending on the variety, the taste is spicy or slightly pungent, sometimes sweetish. Yellow onions have a long shelf life and are well tolerated during transportation.
