Gala Shniga Apple

An early autumn variety from the Gala group, grown commercially in many countries, including Poland. Apples ripen in August-September and keep well until spring, and even longer when using gassing technology. The dense, glossy skin protects the fruit from damage during transportation. Medium sized apples with a beautiful deep red blush are eye-catching for buyers. The pulp is juicy, crispy, sweet and sour, with a creamy color.
