A winter variety of red large apples, obtained on the basis of the Red Delicious variety with improved commercial qualities. These fruits are very large, weighing 220-250 g, with an elongated shape. They are typically in harvest from late September to early October. The pulp is crispy, firm, and becomes softer and more tender during maturation. The taste is well balanced with a perfect combination of sweetness and acidity. This highly commercial grade is stored until mid-late spring without losing its consumer properties.
